At the top of the order Jenkins made 37 before turning it on with the ball as well.
He finished with 4-12 off his five overs to help the young Cats outfit to a 40-run win over Kooringal Colts at Wagga Cricket Ground.
Mitch Cawley top scored with 48 after combining with Jenkins for a 97-run second wicket partnership.
Set 164 for victory, Colts struggled to build partnerships after Mat Etchells (26) and captain Scott McLachlan (23) combined for a 47-run opening stand.
They were bowled out for 123 in the 35th over with Angus Grigg (2-26) the only other multiple wicket taker.
However Kooringal didn't go home empty handed with their third grade side enjoying a 45-run grand final victory at Mark Taylor Oval on Saturday.
Anthony Gardiner top scored for Colts making 39 to help get them out of trouble.
St Michaels fired early, reducing Kooringal to 3-18 before Gardiner and Brett Limbrick (29) steadied their innings.
They enjoyed a 65-run partnership before Tariku Fitzgerald-Holmes struck again.
Colts lost 7-24 to be bowled out for 107 as Fitzgerald-Holmes finished with five wickets.
However Saints also struggled with the bat to be bowled out for 62.
Limbrick and Bryce Gale both took three wickets.
St Michaels also went down in the fourth grade grand final with Shane Evans making 94 for Wagga RSL at Michael Slater Oval.
The Bulldogs finished at 6-223 and Saints were never in the hunt as they were finished their 40 overs at 8-110.
Myles Guy finished with 3-22 off eight overs.
