The Bathurst driver moved off the fence shortly after the beginning after drawing on the inside of the second row to find the front with Atomic Red for her father Steve.
From there she was able to dictate terms to down a stellar field in the group three feature.
With a mile rate of 1:57.2 just outside the track record for the marathon 2480m trip, Atomic Red went on to down stablemate Conviction by 13.7 metres.
Last start group one winner Our Uncle Sam had to settle for third, a further 4.5 metres away.
It was one of three wins for the leading trainer-driver.
She also claimed earlier wins with Shoobee Doo, scoring by 25.1 metres, and Animal across the eight-race card.
While Chris Frisby's stable star Our Uncle Sam couldn't add to the group one he claimed at Menangle last week, he did take out the Young Oaks.
Jimartee, who won the Breeders Challenge Regional final at Wagga last season, took out the Young Derby in his second start back from a spell.
He downed Forever Yin, driven by Blake Jones, by 6.6 metres.
Bruce Harpley was the only Riverina horseman to taste success on the night with Delightful Jackie leading all the way in the final event on the card.
Young races again on Tuesday.
