At least six people are believed to be involved in a crash at the end of one of Wagga's notorious roads.
Emergency services have responded to reports of a two-car crash around 12 kilometres east of the city, near the intersection of Dunns Road and the Olympic Highway.
A spokesperson for NSW Ambulance confirmed multiple crews have been dispatched to the scene around 3.40pm.
They were responding to reports of two cars involved in a collision, with one of the vehicles having flipped.
One of the cars has come to rest against a tree on the southern side of the road, just shy of the intersection.
Five patients from one vehicle were being treated, the spokesperson said, with one person from the other also requiring attention.
Four of those are believed to have sustained minor injuries.
The speed limit along the Olympic Highway is 100km/h.
Emergency services remain at the scene, as well as Transport for NSW personnel.
