WAGGA trainer Tim Donnelly believes Jodhpur is well placed to build on his ultra consistent record at Murrumbidgee Turf Club's race meeting on Tuesday.

The lightly-race four-year-old has already amassed two wins and three seconds from six career starts, and is coming off a strong second at Albury on February 22 before the Town Plate Marquee Benchmark 66 Handicap (2000m).
Leading jockey Matthew Cahill stays on after riding the gelding in his last three starts, and is expected to get a gun trip from barrier one.
Jodhpur won its last race on its home track two starts ago and Donnelly expects it to fire third up.
"I think Jodhpur is probably the better chance of my two (racing at Wagga)," he said.
"He's drawn barrier one so he'll get a lovely run, and he's a good staying horse on the way up.
"He's only lightly raced with the six starts, he shows a lot of promise."
Powerscourt is also expected to be right in the market in a deep field to line up in the Wagga Gold Cup Benchmark 58 Handicap (1000m).
The seven-year-old will have to negotiate barrier 13, but a 4kg claim with the booking of apprentice jockey Heni Ede will help.
Powerscourt resumed with a strong two-length win at Wagga on February 13 at big odds.
