The Giants scored a 14-point win over Richmond in the grand final rematch on Sunday in front of 6556 fans.
The Riverina has been a great breeding ground for the Giants and Cameron wants to see the relationship continue to blossom.
"If we had a choice we would play a Marsh Series game down here every year," Cameron said. "It's probably been too long.
"We played at Narrandera a few years ago against the Eagles and it was awesome for us as well.
"It was a great experience and it was 2014 since we played St Kilda here, that's six years, and there was a great crowd then and it was a great crowd today."
The trip a chance to showcase the best the AFL has to offer the Riverina.
Cameron was not only thrilled to be able to play a club like Richmond in the Wagga but for the opportunity to allow the players who grew up in the region to play in front of family and friends.
"I think it is fantastic to have us playing the heart of our academy at Wagga and have Richmond, such a powerful club, come here to play," he said.
"I know they played at Wangaratta the week before against Collingwood, but these sort of games are there to give the opportunity for people in the country to see some of the best players going around.
"People are walking away from this game today saying how good is (Dustin) Martin at times, how good is (Josh) Kelly? Look at (Jack) Riewoldt, look what (Tom) Lynch can do, look what (Jeremy) Cameron can do and that's just awesome.
"We are rapt as a footy club because we invested a lot of time in this area and have a lot of young players come from this area so to let them display their talent in front of all their friends and family is a wonderful thing."
Jacob Hopper is one of four Riverina products in the Giants line up on Sunday.
While the chance to play at the Leeton Showground would have been perfect, playing in front of plenty of family and friends at Robertson Oval comes pretty close.
"It was great to see a lot of people from my footballing career and junior days," Hopper said.
"I saw a lot of Leeton faces and a lot of familiar faces so it is really nice to get kinda home a play some footy."
Hopper hopes he and his teammates can help inspire the next generation of players.
After all he knows first hand what playing games in the country can achieve.
"It's great as when I was a little tacker whenever a game came home I was always there watching," he said.
"It's really cool.
"I can't stress enough how they should be no limitations to someone's dreams.
"It doesn't matter where you come from, or your background, always dream and dream big.
"I hope there is a lot of young footballers hoping to play AFL footy here and I'd love to support them and see them come through the ranks."
