Premier Richmond have named all six of their players who featured in last week's state of origin clash - Tom Lynch, Trent Cotchin, Bachar Houli, Dustin Martin, Shane Edwards and Jack Riewoldt - for both team's final pre-season hitout.

Similarly the Giants' own Origin half dozen of Nick Haynes, Josh Kelly, Lachie Whitfield, Jeremy Cameron, Toby Greene and Stephen Coniglio will also feature in the Robertson Oval clash.

The Giants will be without reigning club champion Tim Taranto after he was ruled out for several months with a dislocated shoulder suffered in last week's big win over Sydney.

But Leeton product and fellow midfield hard nut Jacob Hopper told afl.com.au their experience in defying a big injury toll to make last year's grand final will hold them in good stead.

"We've had our run of losing some pretty important players over the last couple of years, and that's built some resilience amongst the group," he said.

"We've experienced this kind of thing before, so it's nothing new, it just gives us the confidence that we can overcome losing someone important to us as Tim is.

"It's really disappointing to lose him, he's a terrific player for us, he's great to have out there on game day and he'll be sorely missed."

Meanwhile, Newcastle-based Sarah Halvorsen will make her AFLW debut for Greater Western Sydney in place of injured forward Yvonne Bonner for Saturday's clash with Richmond at Robertson Oval.

"At this stage I'm not exactly sure where she will finish up, where she will ultimately play, but probably generally ahead of the ball and I'm really excited about what she'll bring on the weekend," Giants coach Alan McConnell said.

The Tigers will be without star forward Katie Brennan as she recovers from a concussion suffered in last week's loss to Geelong.
