The 33-year-old got to hold last year's cup on Wednesday as it embarks on a Riverina tour before the Giants and Tigers meet in an AFLW match on Sunday and an AFL pre season game on Sunday at Robertson Oval.
"When they won in 2017 and 2019 it was the best moments of my life," Garnsey said.
"It's good for the Riverina to have this type of thing come to town and hopefully everyone supports it.
"My six-year-old nephew Tom is a mad (Trent) Cotchin fan, so if we could get up close and personal with him on the weekend it'd be great."
AFL Southern NSW regional manager Marc Geppert said again encouraged fans to buy their tickets to Sunday's men's clash in advance, with both teams expected to field strong squads for the grand final rematch.
"I still think there's the attitude among the community that you can just turn up on the day and get your tickets. We just urge people to avoid disappointment and congestion on the day, and get on Ticketek," he said.
"There's no doubt attendance plays a factor (in getting future games), so if we can get the runs on the board by getting people through the gates it certainly helps."
