The 76-year-old was in a stable condition when he was taken to Albury Base Hospital after the crash near Table Top.
The nature of the man's injuries are not yet known.
Emergency services responded to the motorcycle crash around 8.15am.
An Ambulance NSW spokesman said emergency services had been called to reports a motorcyclist had had a collision, possibly with a kangaroo.
