Emergency services responded to the accident on Best Street between Forsyth and Tompson streets at 3.05pm.
Traffic was forced to slow down as multiple paramedics crews treated the man.
A NSW ambulance spokesman said paramedics transported a 20-year-old man to the Wagga Base Hospital.
The spokesman was unable to provide the condition of the patient.
