Five Vipers teams capitalised on home field advantage to make finals, with the under-eight girls the sole team to salute with a 9-6 win over Cronulla Sharks.
Almost 10,000 players and spectators converge on the city for the championships, which is in the second year of a three year deal to be played at Wagga.
While he said he will "leave it up to the powers-that-be", Wagga Touch Association president Darrin Walsh feels they've presented a strong case to earn a new deal.
"We'll finish our current tender and I can't see any reason why we couldn't have it again," Walsh said.
"I'll leave that to the powers-that-be but we're really happy with how we've conducted ourselves over the past couple of years.
"(We're happy with) just how smoothly it's run, we've got positive feedback with traffic and everything's worked well."
Walsh said he was extremely pleased with the Vipers' overall display, with eight teams making semis.
All bar the under-eight girls, who won their division, will head to Penrith for the State Finals on March 7.
"That's slightly higher than the last couple of years. We've had a real progression in the base skill level of these kids and they're really stepping up," he said.
Vipers under-16 girls coach Evan Robertson said the facilities and the set-up at Jubilee Park is better than any other event in the state, and will only improve the longer they host the event.
"As far as the facilities and the fields are concerned they're brilliant, the effort the council and NSW touch put into it they should play every tournament here," he said.
"It's our second year and it ran even smoother than last year and last year ran smoothly anyway."
The event is projected to inject between $2.3 and $3.1 million per year into the local economy.
Wagga under-eights girls coach Ray McFadden believes the venue has proven it's up to being the carnival's long-term home.
"It would have to stay in Wagga," he said.
"It's the best venue for it. I've been to a lot of tournaments around NSW and this is by far the best organised."
