This year, the annual series will feature six focus performances.
RCM director Hamish Tait said a range of genres would be featured to represent the Conservatorium's teachings.
"We try very hard, particularly in subscription series like this, to get a real mix of music which represents both different genres and also the various disciplines of music taught here," he said.
The series launched Wednesday, February 19. The first performance will feature an exhilarating percussion show with TaikOz 4tet Live!, a traditional Japanese drumming group, who will perform on March 13.

Mr Tait said there will be a gap in the series between April and June where RCM hold their lunchtime series.
"Some of our leading student ensembles and staff will be the focus of the lunchtime series held each week for 10 concerts," he said.
The Three B's! jump back into the Concert Series with sounds of Bach, Beethoven and Brahms on July 26.
Outback Odyssey will follow on April 22 with a unique blend of guitar and piano with Sally Whitwell and Matt Withers.
Viva Italia! Life is Beautiful! perform September 4 to celebrate the sounds of Italy, followed by Duo Histoire on October 17 who bring saxophone and classical guitar together for a broad repertoire of sound.
Bringing the series to a close on November 24, The Grigoryan Brothers are set to perform a repertoire spanning centuries, continents and genres with their classical guitars.
"It's a real blend of old with new, and a lot of duos featuring classical guitar which is reflective of that growth and interest at our Conservatorium," Mr Tait said.
