The under 12s side looked to be in for a big chase up against Young at Forest Hill Oval earlier this month, before rain intervened.
The Stacey Shield success backed up victory in the Derek Rogers Cup.
Coach Dusty Bradshaw has been impressed with how well the side has performed throughout the season.
"It was looking like a good test in the final, and we had beaten them previously so we were confident we would have prevailed but you just never know," Bradshaw said.
"But that is cricket, you have to deal with the weather.
"Probably the most pleasing thing was the way all the games were played - in good spirit."
Charlie Tindal top scored with 57 in a man of the match performance in the Derek Rogers Cup final as the team made 126.
Griffith were bowled out for 74 in reply.
Josh McMeekin shone with the ball in the Stacey Shield decider, claiming 4-21, while Riley Bradshaw snared 3-22 as Young made 123.
McMeekin took 16 wickets across the season, Ashton Campbell was another strong performer but it was Bradshaw who named player of the rep season, as judged by umpire Michael Marien.
Marien stood at all the team's matches with the coach thankful for his contribution.
Bradshaw was also pleased with how the side adapted to playing on turf wickets.
It was a first for many, but is was an important step in their development.
