The Wagga teenager made 37 as the Breakers failed to chase down Western Australia's total of 231 at North Sydney Oval on Sunday.
The under strength Breakers, who had seven teenagers in their side due to Australian commitments, were bowled out for 189 on the last ball of the match.
NSW were chasing their 21st title from 24 WNCL seasons, having featured in the decider in every single season, but couldn't handle their more experienced rivals.
Trenaman took time out of the sport in December, but has played in the last five matches.
She was elevated to opener for the last three clashes, with the 37 in the final her best effort.

Trenaman's knock off 41 balls was part of a 63-run opening stand with Maddy Darke (36) before the Wagga teenager was judged lbw.
NSW then struggled to build more partnerships with Heather Graham, Nicole Bolton and Emma King all claiming three wickets.
Bolton, the younger sister of Kooringal Colts star Dave, was named player of the match.
Not only did she claim 3-34 off her 10 overs, but also top scored with 67.
Rene Farrell took 4-33 off her 10 overs in her last match before retirement for the Breakers.
Trenaman also picked up 1-26 off four overs with the ball.
