The crowds may have been small, but the enthusiasm was not diminished on either the side of the spectators or the bands.
A handful of Riverina-based bands took the stage throughout the evening, playing new and old classic rock hits.
But the biggest stars stayed off the stage. Members of RFS units from around the Riverina and surrounds brought their trucks and tales to share with the concert-goers.
Some lucky patrons even got a hands-on experience as a firefighter for a day, getting a go on the fire hose.
Those who preferred to enjoy the music from a distance also took the opportunity to get on board a variety of fairground attractions, including the classic bungee jump and giant swing.
As luck would also have it, a small crowd made for short lines to wait for a go on each ride.
