Tiggerlong Pink in one of the main chances in the Ladbrokes Monthly Medal 1-3 Wins Final (320m) at Wagga on Friday after her heat success but she has a way to go before she can match her brother.
Tiggerlong Tonk took out the Listed Western Districts Derby Final at Ballarat on Wednesday and Finn continues to be thrilled with the Dyna Double One - Tiggerlong Dot litter.
"It has been a good litter," Finn said. "The brother has made two group ones and is an exceptional one."
Scratchings have opened up the final field with only a field of six to go around in the feature event of the night.
With fellow heat winners Trunkey Rose and Nangus Road drawn to her outside, Finn hopes Tiggerlong Pink can take advantage.
"If she jumps like she did last time then it is an advantage," he said. "She seems happy and has been doing everything right."
There was little separating Trunkey Rose and Tiggerlong Pink on their heat and Finn believes the start will be crucial.
"There wasn't much at all really and is just a matter of who jumps in front I think," he said.
"It is a big advantage if you're in front but I think it is a pretty handy dog."
