Miller spent two seasons at CSU but has decided on a move to the Riverina League.
Previously having spent time at Wodonga Bulldogs, Miller won the Bushpigs best and fairest in 2018.
The 21-year-old will be a welcome boost to the Lions' midfield as they look to improve on last year's performance, where they bowed out in the opening week of finals.
Miller will be a big loss for the Bushpigs, who have also lost Ben Coombe to Hume League club Osborne.
Coombe finished runner up in CSU's best and fairest last season in his first year at the club.
Meantime, Temora also snared four new recruits in Haydn Richardson, Matt Kelly, Thomas Faul and Simon Quinn.
Faul retired from the NEAFL with Canberra Demons at the end of last year, while Richardson and Kelly hail from the AFL Canberra competition.
