Both swimmers won all six races they contested, with Reegan taking out the junior girls age champion and Baylee the senior boys gong.
Carnival coordinator Grant Motton said despite the hot weather the event was well attended.
"I think we would have had about 120 to 140 kids through the day from eight to ten years old," he said.
"It was well supported by parents, despite the warm temperatures."
Other age champions were Jett Grentell in the junior boys, Isla Galloway in 11 year girls after racking up four wins and two seconds, Harrison Fisher in 11 year boys with five wins from six events and Isabelle Flight in the senior girls.
Farrer house came out on top in the overall house standings.
