The major clothing retailer entered into voluntary administration last week and ever since the 146 stores, including Wagga, had been hanging in the balance.
The Wagga store, however will not be one of the 37 shopfronts to close.
The news comes after Harris Scarfe announced earlier this year that its Wagga store will also stay open.

KPMG Voluntary Administrators Peter Gothard and James Stewart confirmed today that as part of the restructure 37 stores will close and 263 employees will be made redundant.
Mr Stewart said the design to restructure the business was a difficult but necessary one taken in order to provide the business with the best possible chance of attracting a new owner.
"We are very mindful of the serious impact store closures and staff redundancies have on people's lives. However, we must also work to maximize the opportunity for this business to be sold or restructured - to give it the best chance to continue," he said.
