John Grant has linked with the Cherrypickers after recent seasons with Group 10 club Cowra.
Former Young coach James Woolford is also back after a season with Cootamundra.
New coach Nick Hall was excited to announce the new recruits.
"John Grant has a great pedigree as many would know," Hall said.
"He's an athlete, he's played a lot of Sydney rugby, he's played Australian sevens, and had a year at the Wests Tigers.
"He's a bit older now but he still has a lot to offer with athleticism, professionalism and experience."
Hall expects the speedster will be a great boost to Young's back line.
Grant is expected to play on the wing or at centre.
"We've been a bit light on in the outside backs," Hall said.
"We want to raise the standards this year and I think he'll help provide that with his talk and at training and preparation. A bag of tries would be nice as well."
Hall said Woolford won't "walk into the side".
"We have two or three blokes who are sniffing around that hooking role," Hall said.
"It's a big bonus. He's a Cherrypicker junior and wants to come back, and he's a good player."
Group 10 premiership winner Blake Hewitt has also committed for another season after returning last year.
Hall is pleased with the club's depth and expects a battle for positions.
"We have about 25 legitimate first graders at training with aspirations to play," he said.
"We have heaps of young blokes from the 19s who are having big off-seasons like Steve Anderson, Will Hills and Jacob Lucas.
"We've had good numbers for reserves, 18s and the girls as well. It's looking really good."
The new coach added that most locals from last year have signed on again as they look to return to final fro the first time since 2017.
