The Demons have continued their strong recruitment campaign with the addition of the pair who played in Marrar's 2017 and 2018 flags.
Parks originally hails from Lockhart and spent the past three years at Marrar, predominantly as back-up ruckman to Nick Molkentin.
Sanbrook also spent the last three years at the Bombers after time at Lockhart beforehand.
The latest additions come on top of the return of Ned Mortimer and Ben Absolum to Crossroads Oval.
Collingullie-GP coach Brett Somerville is happy to have Parks on board and hopes to use him in a variety of roles.
"We're hoping to see with Parksy and use his flexibility," Somerville said.
"We know he can go through the ruck but I'm more interested in seeing what he can do at centre-half-back.
"He's like a few of our key position players in that they've all got flexibility. A couple of them can go through the ruck but they're equally as capable of playing elsewhere, which is good.
"Parksy has got some talent there so hopefully he comes back from injury alright."
Parks missed the start of last season after unsuccessfully seeking a clearance to North Wagga, and then a knee injury kept him out of the Bombers finals campaign.
Sanbrook played 48 senior games at Marrar and has impressed already through pre-season at the Demons.
"He's got good pace and knows how to play the game," Somerville said.
"He's been training with us for a while now and he's going to help coach one of the junior teams too, which is good."
The Demons resume pre-season training on Tuesday night. They held a month of sessions before Christmas.
Luke Gestier and Nick Perryman have been the main departures to date, while there remains a question mark over a couple of other players.
Daniel Frawley and Kal Sykes will share the assistant coaching duties. Sykes in a non-playing role.
Somerville is pleased to have the pair helping out.
"Kal is the best of the best when it comes to leadership," he said.
"Frawls will be a good on-field leader. He always has been and is looking to do more. It was a good way to get more buy-in from him and use his leadership with the group."
The Demons will open their Riverina League campaign against Narrandera at Narrandera Sportsground on April 18.
They will be looking to return to finals this year after slumping to lose their last nine games last season. It was the first time the club had missed finals in 19 years.
