The club's meeting on Friday will start at 9.45am due to the predicted top of 41 degrees.
The 11-race card is scheduled to be finished 12.45pm.
It follows on from last Friday, when the first race was run and won just after 10am.
Wagga racing manager John Patton is hoping the timeslot works out again.
"We're trying to beat the heat and it worked well last week," Patton said.
"We are doing it again as it is meant to be the same temperature and hopefully there is not much smoke."
The Ladbrokes Cash Out 1-2 Wins Final (320m) is the feature event.
Fastest qualifier Tanami Express, who is looking to make it four from four, has drawn box six for The Rock trainer Joanne Smith.
The club are also looking to help those affected by the bushfire crisis.
All gate takings will be matched by the club before being donated to the bush fire appeal.
They have already opened the kennels for people seeking shelter for their dogs at the Showground.
