With emergency Acoustic Lee gaining a run following the scratching of heat winner Westside Plower, Talbot will line up three of the eight starters in the feature race.
Modest Lee is one of the five heat winners heading into the $2000-to-the-winner final and has drawn box eight.
He clocked 23.03 seconds in his heat, with Myrnoing Jake the fastest qualifier with his 22.98.
Myrniong Jake has scored the one box.
We Gotta Million, who was second behind Briar Jet, has drawn seven for Talbot with Acoustic Lee to start from the two box.
Talbot lines up 10 greyhounds for the club's first New Year's Eve meeting, plus has reserves in three of the 11 races.
The first starts at 6.14pm with plenty of entertainment for the whole family on offer.
The feature race will be run at 7.48pm.
