Princess Cordelia is targeting back-to-back TAB Highways after Beer became only the second SDRA trainer in more than four years to win one of the prized features late last month.
Miller replaces Tim Clark in the saddle and Beer is confidence of their chances.
"I rate her as good as chance on Saturday as she was last start," Beer said.
"She led all-the-way last-start but has drawn 12, but her normal race pattern is to get back before unleashing late and I was surprised when she led.
"Simon is flying at the moment and is riding a stack of winners.
"Highways are a big thrill for country trainers to win and I feel country jockeys deserve a chance too."
Beer and Miller also combine with Bel Ho at Corowa on Sunday.
