After missing last year, the Wagga club is back on board for February's event under new coach Hayden Ashcroft.
They join crosstown rivals Southcity as the two Group Nine clubs who have sent in their entry packs already.
Hosts West Wyalong and fellow Group 20 club Tullibigeal Lakes United are also locked in.
Dubbo Macquarie will make their return after a number of years with Canberra Raiders Cup club Woden Valley Rams also returning after missing last year's knockout.
Organiser Nicole Wood is thrilled to have a number of clubs returning to the fold, especially Dubbo Macquarie after a long absence.
"There have been here previously years but it has been a long time since they have been part of it," Wood said.
"It will be good to get them in and have a bit of fresh blood in the competition."
She is also pleased to see a good mix of competitions at this early stage.
"I thought it would be a good a mix," she said.
"We've had a few other teams from around different groups ask to have the information sent through but we're just waiting to hear back from them.
"We are feeling positive at the moment."
Wood also expects Young and Forbes will have their entries in soon.
Temora is another regular at the popular event which is open to a maximum of 16 teams.
Once again $10,000 will be up for grabs for the event on February 28 and 29.
Canberra Raiders Cup club Goulburn Workers won last year's final with a 12-6 extra-time victory over Brothers.
