The Junee reinsman has drives in the last three races at Young's meeting on Tuesday.
He rates Roll One Over the best of his chances despite his numerical form not stacking up as well.
"He's going a lot better than what it reads on paper," Seary said.
"Last week he ran home good, his last half was 55.5 and they don't go much quicker at Wagga, so we were happy with his run.
"His runs have been good and he's finally got a front row draw (five) again.
"It's a good drop in class for him so hopefully he's thereabouts."
One of his main dangers will be boss Bruce Harpley who has last-start winner Miss Gold Fortune drawn one.
It gives Seary extra incentive.
"It should be interesting as he doesn't like getting beat by me," he said.
"We will have to see how things go."
The 19-year-old also drives Brobenah Boy, who he won with three starts back.
He expects he will be better suited from starting from gate eight.
"He went a little bit ordinary in his second start, he didn't want to travel in the run, but last week it was the same as Roll One Over and it looked plain but on his sectionals he went 54.5 in his last half," Seary said.
"You couldn't really fault him on that as he was up in a harder race, but this looks weaker this week."
Seary has also picked up a drive for Bathurst trainer Mat Rue on Renee Dale.
The mare has won two of her last five starts, both at Young, and comes off a close second at Bathurst last time out.
"Her form looks good, she went good last start but it is a bad draw (10)," Seary said.
"We will just have to see how things pan out."
Young's Christmas Eve meeting is part of a busy period of harness racing in the region.
Leeton's has its traditional Boxing Day meeting, and also has it's Carnival of Cups meeting on January 1, while Albury's popular New Year's Eve meeting comes on the back of their race day last Friday.
