Captain Beck Frostick finished unbeaten on 96 to complete their run chase in the 33rd over for the loss of two wickets.
Dave Garness continued his fine season, claiming four wickets as Lake Albert were held to 8-165 at Rawlings Park.
It was never going to be enough with Frostick finishing desperately close his century while Tom Byrnes made 30 not out in his return to first grade.
Frostick now heads the competition's leading runscorers but was more pleased to get another win.
"We knew the opening bowlers was going to be the difficult part and we knew if we could get through that we would have a good chance to chase the runs down," Frostick said.
St Michaels now face a big test against South Wagga in the top-of-the-table clash to lead into the Christmas break.
