Fresh from her graduation, 21-year-old Catherine Fairfax is about to begin her dream job by moving more than 5000km away from everything she has ever known.

Receiving her Bachelor of Agricultural Business Management on Friday, Ms Fairfax was also this year's recipient of the Pockley Prize.
The award honours the student who exemplifies both strong academic success, and business acumen.
"It's humbling. A lot of hard work and support has gone into it, because it was not mew doing this by myself," Ms Fairfax said.

Qualities, she hopes, will hold her in good stead as she readies to join operations at the Margaret River Cattle Station in Western Australia.
"It's something I've wanted since I was 10 years old," she said.
Having grown up between Goulburn and Canberra before studying in Wagga, it will be a big transition.
"I had applied to a bunch of different stations, and I saw [Margaret River] on facebook, messaged them and then they called me and offered me a job," Ms Fairfax said.
"I just thought, I'm not going to get another offer like that."
But even as she relocates her life to the other side of the country, Ms Fairfax's heart will remain somewhere nearer to the Riverina.
"I had so much fun here [at university], most Wednesday nights will be fond memories, being an RA in my second year, my first year at Butler was fantastic," she said.
"I'll miss footie every Saturday with the WAC rugby, and netball with the ag team. It's been busy, but that's the way it's got to be."
