McKelvie-Hill, Hogan and Griffith's Claire Murray will form part of the Border Bullets team in Sunday's NSW Women's Regional Bash match against ACT Aces in Canberra.
Blackwell, who recently retired from professional cricket, will make a guest appearance and captain the Bullets.
Blackwell, who hails from Yenda, will lead the Riverina representative team that plays under the Border Bullets banner.
Bullets co-coach Catherine Wood loves what McKelvie-Hill, Hogan and Murray bring to the team.
"Claire is only young but is very, very good," Wood said.
"She can bat and bowl and is quite good in the field as well.
"Lucy and Erin are excitable little cricketers and are very good to watch. They absolutely love the game and are great to have in the team."
Wood's sister, Lisa Kuschert, will also pad up for the Bullets on Sunday.
She is a former state cricketer for NSW as well.
Wood is unsure what to expect in the clash against the Aces but is hoping they can return home with the win.
"It's Twenty20 cricket, which are always interesting games so it will be anyone's game really," she said.
"Hopefully we can get a good total on the board, or be able to restrict them.
"We've definitely got the talent there in the side to post a decent score. I'd like to say we'll win but you never know, it's a funny game."
The winner of the match will progress through to the semi-finals at the SCG on January 21.
Sunday's game will start at 11am at Chisholm Oval in Canberra.
Wagga's Phil Jenkins co-coaches the team alongside Wood.
