Carroll claimed the Brett Ogle Junior Masters by a whopping eight shots at Goulburn Golf Club on Sunday.
Carroll set the course alight with consecutive rounds of 65 to finish eight ahead of Sydney pair Kai Komulainen and Ali Rachid.
Carroll shot an amazing 10 birdies and three eagles over the two days to finish at 12 under par.
The 16-year-old held a one-shot lead at the halfway mark but quickly shot away with three birdies from the first three holes on the Sunday.
The win continues a great month for Carroll. He claimed his third straight club championships at Wagga Country Club earlier in the month.
He then led Kildare Catholic College to a fifth straight Steve Elkington Cup win last week.
