For the second year in succession, Stewart captured the A grade double, winning both the road race and time trial at Uranquinty.
In the main event, Stewart unleashed a sizzling sprint at the end of the 44 kilometre course to down Will Silver and Peter Johnson.
The trio filled the top three placings for a second consecutive year.
Former winner Peter Treloar took the race on and attempted to steal a race-winning break but was overrun by the trio in the sprint to the line.
Wagga cycling legend Barry O'Hagan said Stewart was a deserving winner of the title.
"Myles was too quick for them and too fit," O'Hagan said.
"He's been away riding on all of these tours with his team and he's just a bit above them at present.
"It's good to see him coming through."
Stewart is building up towards the national championships in January and is considered the man to beat when the Riverina Inter-Club Road Race is held on Sunday, December 8.
Organisers expect a big turnout to the new event, which will consist of a time trial and road race for both men and women.
Dan Addison, riding with broken ribs, was able to make it a three-peat in B grade, winning the road race for a third consecutive year.
Brad Wild won C grade.
The series of races to close the year will lead into next year's Tour de Riverina, which will get underway with the opening stage in February.
