Oehm has led the Farrer League CMC since 2012 and said nine years will be long enough.
"It's no good listening to the same voice year in, year out. It's time to give someone else a chance to have their thoughts and their voice heard," Oehm said.
Oehm hasn't decided whether he'll serve on the committee beyond next season but announced former North Wagga officials Greg Fox and Rod Sheedy as well as Charles Sturt University's Jacqui Sharp are on board for next year.
"Sheeds and Foxy will bring a lot to the table with their knowledge of football and their expertise," Oehm said.
"And Jacqui is very committed to netball. She's been at CSU for a fair while and it's good to have another netball person to help Jess Sloan."
Oehm thanked Tony Hackett and Darrin Absolum for their commitment to the league.
"Tony and Darrin have been very good servants in their different capacities. Hack has been involved in football administration for many, many years and Darrin was very good, very hands-on in his three years."
Kevin Cross, Dave McClintock and Norm Webb are continuing in their roles with the CMC along with Oehm and Sloan.
