The teenager secured the bronze in the five-lap, 1.25km track event at Duncan Gray Velodrome behind Illawarra-based winner Amelia Trkulja, who backed up her victory in last week's Golden Wheel in Wagga, with Dubbo's Haylee Fuller second.
Wagga Cycling Club's Luke Nixon defied illness during the week to also snare bronze in the under-17 division.
Starting from a 60-metre handicap, Nixon led into the final lap but was eventually hauled in by winner Deren Perry (Parramatta) and runner-up Ben Anderson (Orange).
The Clarence St Cup elite me's race is traditionally regarded as one of the biggest track events in NSW, and now runs a range of divisions from junior level upwards.
Tolland will hold their club championships this Sunday at Uranquinty Cross Road, which will feature individual time trial and road race events across A, B and C grades.
Wagga's Bronte Stewart, who competes for Illawarra Cycling Club, finished third in the elite madision championships.
