The Englishman was in fine form scoring 113 as the Saints pushed for an outright win over Lake Albert at Rawlings Park on Sunday.
It wasn't to be, but he was still pleased to help the side to an important win in his second season with the club.
"It was pleasing to get my first century in Wagga," Frostick said.
"I'm thrilled about that but the most important thing is getting the win.
"It was unfortunate we couldn't get the follow on result but we'll take huge confidence into next week."
The Saints had already wrapped up first innings points on Saturday after the Bulls were bowled out for 98.
Isaac Cooper (44) scored the bulk of their runs with number 10 batsman Nathan Charlton (12) the only other Bulls to reach double figures.
Frostick and Dan Coates both claimed three wickets with the Saints captain believing it was an important toss to win.
"Early on after we won the toss and bowled it was very spongey and it was hard to bat," Frostick said.
"I think we got the right decision at the toss, which helped us massively.
"It was a lot easier to bat on it (on Sunday) so we took real advantage by bowling early."
St Michaels didn't have the same problem with the bat late on day one, with a 52-run lead at stumps.
Saksham Gupta (59) and Frostick combined for a 121-run partnership before the Englishman continued on with some strong innings.
Declaring at 9-231, Saints removed Cooper (3) early but Jacson Sommerville (52) and Josh Coyte (51) thwarted any plans to push for more points.
Dave Garness claimed all three Bulls wickets, to make it five for the match, before the match was called at 3-134.
The competition's leading wicket taker continues to impress.
"He's been bowling well" Frostick said.
"He got a few wickets and has been bowling very tightly and is one of the best bowlers in Wagga at the moment.
"We are thrilled to have him on board.
"It's not just necessarily all the wickets but what he brings to the team as whole is great."
Frostick is now looking to continue their form in another big clash with Wagga RSL.
They went around the Bulldogs with the result and it is the third successive clash against teams now below them on the ladder.
"We'll take huge confidence going into next week and RSL," he said.
"It's a huge game for us as we know we can win and keep moving ourselves up the ladder.'
"We have to keep working hard at training and the results will come."
Lake Albert will out out to hit back against winless Kooringal Colts.
