Mr Fiebig began the 450km ride from Wagga Beach early Saturday morning just before 5am, reaching his final destination at Coogee Beach by 11.30pm that night.
The ride raised funds for Hopitaly Vaovao Mahafaly (The Good News Hospital), a Christian mission hospital in remote northern Madagascar.
The cause is especially important to Kaspar who will soon spend six weeks working at the Hospital for placement.
"I am raising money for them to purchase medical equipment for a new operating theatre complex," Mr Fiebig said.
His GoFundMe page has wracked up $2,395 as of Sunday afternoon.
