Clayton lines up both heat winners of the Leo Hartley Memorial (525m) in the final.
Both couldn't have been more impressive, scoring dominant wins last week, but the Sutton Forest trainer favours Fierce Fran over No Problem Here in the feature race.
"They went super and he (No Problem Here) probably has more improvement than she has got but I lean towards her as she has more pace than him," Clayton said.
"She should just land straight on the bunny if all is fair and even and him and the one dog (Spirit Of Arlene) will probably be chasing her."
Fierce Fran, who was the fastest qualifier, also has the advantage of drawing inside.
She will start from three while No Problem Here is alongside in four.
"He's a very strong dog but he's not as quick as her," Clayton said.
"In races you want to be in front.
"She might draw him across a bit too as he's not a bad beginner but just doesn't have the speed she's got."
Clayton has won seven races with the last 12 greyhounds he's entered, including winning a double at Goulburn on Thursday from as many runners.
He hopes he can add another to the tally.
"We've started 12 dogs since last Friday and have won seven," Clayton said.
"It's pretty good because at Wagga we had two dogs in three races so three of them couldn't win.
"We're having a good run at the moment and you have to take them when it comes as 24 hours is a long time in dog racing.
"It can all turn."
The feature race is the sixth on the 11 race card.
The meeting kicks off at 5.36pm with Tranquil Slim looking to make it four wins in a row in the Graeme Hull Smash Repairs Stakes (400m) later on the program.
