Daley, fellow NRL legends Steve Menzies and Craig Wing and women's player Tess Staines will hold clinics with juniors during the afternoon before the function at Junee Ex-Services Memorial Club, set down for a 6pm for 6.30pm start.
Concerns over falling player numbers prompted the Group Nine club to hold an urgent meeting in August to brainstorm solutions to the issue.
Former Australia, NSW and Canberra Raiders premiership player Daley, the greatest player the club has produced, expressed his concern at the situation and has offered to assist.
"We're trying to raise some funds but also get some kids to sign up for the Diesels and play seniors in the future," Diesels president Simon Vanzanten said.
"We want to raise as much as we can, but it's more about having a future by bringing the younger fellas through the seniors.
"We should have a pretty strong 16s and there's good talk about our 18s too, so hopefully it pans out we can get five teams on the field next year."
Sporting memorabilia will also be auctioned off on the night, and tickets can be purchased at https://www.trybooking.com/book/event?eid=570771&&fbclid=IwAR12ZoJV8R1_B_CQZyMF4qZe0o2UoSFVDeyjDJyTGG69LYyBdHzkvcblnPU
