The pair took the Wagga club to back-to-back Southern Inland titles for the first time in almost a decade last season and are hungry for more success.
No club has won three straight titles in the last 25 years, but it's not the primary focus.
"The biggest thing for us is being the best club and and off the field," Stevenson said.
"I think for the players too it's about how we contribute to society, not just what we do on the field.
"If we focus too much on performance you lose what is really important and for us and how we measure success it's about people turning up to training and enjoying being around each other and spending time as a club."
There are expected to be plenty of changes to the Waratahs outfit following a second consecutive grand final victory over Ag College.
After being named man of the match in his two grand final final appearances Harry Hosegood is moving on for employment opportunities, as is former Bill Castle Medal winner Blake Hart, while the likes of Jock Munro, James Daley and Xavier Chigwidden expected to lead a large contingent into retirement.
However after their second grade side also went back-to-back Davis believes there is good depth within the club.
"It's a good thing for the club as there were some older legs getting around in that side and you do have to look to the future," Davis said.
"We're open to people wanting to come over from other clubs to see what it's like in that culture.
"I know there are a few people coming to town too."
Davis also believes having the same coaching system will help the club deal with the personnel changes.
Sam Palmer and Tony Ritchie will coach second grade with Will Arnott to coach third grade.
Arnott is excited to see what the whole club can produce in 2020.
"I think it is a good challenge for people who on the cusp last year with people leaving," Arnott said. "It leaves room for guys who were putting in a lot of effort but it was just chock-a-block in 2s and 1s."
