The premiers made it five wins from as many matches this season with a 49-run victory over Wagga RSL at Wagga Cricket Ground on Saturday.
However it was some different faces playing a big role in getting another win for the club as the Blues changed their batting order.
Mitch Sykes got them off to a flyer after being elevated to opener, compiling a quickfire 32 off 22 balls before Blake Harper took over.
The Blues young gun made 62 off 56 balls before some lower order hitting from Brayden Ambler (25) and Alex Smeeth (16 not out) saw South Wagga finish at 5-156 off their 20 overs.
The Bulldogs were never in the chase with the required run rate ballooning early.
Todd Henderson (33) and Will Morley (20) combined for a good partnership before some late resistance from John Hoey (166) and Tim Cameron (16) helped RSL to finish at 8-107.
Stand-in Blues captain Joel Robinson was pleased to see others get a chance to get some quality time in the middle.
"It's good to give blokes opportunities and most blokes who we've given an opportunity to have taken it," Robinson said.
"Sykesy really set it off at the start while Blakey batted well throughout the innings.
"It was really good."
Sykes and Lachie Skelly both picked up two wickets each but five of the nine Blues bowlers used were able to snare a victim.
Robinson believes the team's confidence continues to grow.
"We're really confident with how we bowl in one-day cricket and fields," he said.
"We started off well, got them on the back foot and managed to keep pegging them back throughout the day, taking regular wickets which helps."
Teenagers Hayden Watling and Billy Glanvill made their first grade debut in the clash while Seb Graf was a late replacement for Warren Clunes due to a back complaint.
Robinson believes having so many contributors with both bat and ball really helps.
"It's perfect," he said.
"It's what we want throughout the year and when you get to the back end of the year you want to have faith that everyone along your list can perform when needed.
"It's really good that it's not just one person doing all the work but we are sharing the load."
The competition now turns to the two-day format with South Wagga to tackle Kooringal Colts while Wagga RSL have a crucial game against St Michaels as they look to maintain their place in the top four on Saturday and Sunday.
