Just seven days after watching the colt he bred, Yes Yes Yes, win the third running of The Everest, he was able to win the Cox Plate with Japanese mare Lys Gracieux.
Bradley is quick to point out that he owns only a small share in Lys Gracieux, but he has been in since the beginning and can now lay claim to winning Australia's weight for age championship.
"It was an awesome day. A lot of fun," Bradley said.
Bradley was trackside with his wife Andrea to watch Lys Gracieux storm to victory. He said it was a different kind of feeling to the week before.
"I'd have to say winning the Cox Plate has to be at the top," he said.
"But the buzz the week before with Yes Yes Yes winning the Everest was a different feeling. Despite not owning the horse, more from the involvement I've had in his life and career, it was a different kind of feeling.
"I'd say (Yes Yes Yes' win) was probably more satisfying because the expectations were lower."

Murrumbidgee Turf Club chief executive Steve Keene is looking at the positives after the NRL draw did not work in the Wagga Gold Cup carnival's favour this week.
The experiment of Canberra Raiders bringing a home game to Wagga on Gold Cup weekend proved a masterstroke this year, for all parties, but it won't be happening again next year.
NRL has scheduled Magic Round, where all games are held in Brisbane, for the first weekend in May next year.
It left the Raiders with no choice but to go with a different weekend.
"It is disappointing after such a great first year but it could potentially swing both ways," Keene said.
"It should mean there is more accommodation available with Wagga having such a big shortage when hosting big events.
"With more prizemoney on offer next year we expect there will be more big teams travelling so we'll need every bed we can get."
Keene believes NRL fans can still get their racing fix. The new date for the game, April 18, is the day before Prelude day at MTC.
"Hopefully things can work in still with our Prelude day," he said.
Prelude day is the official first day of the Gold Cup carnival and is set to be a showcase meeting.

There is no shortage of racing in the SDRA over the next week, despite there being no Melbourne Cup day race meeting.
The busy period will kick off with a bumper eight-race TAB card at Wagga on Friday, where the $27,000 Stan Sadleir Stakes (1400m) will be the feature.
Most of the runners there will be looking to sure up a start in the $100,000 Snake Gully Cup (1400m) at Gundagai a fortnight later.
The $25,000 Mountaineer Cup (3200m) and $22,000 MTC Mad Scramble (1000m) will also attract strong interest.
On Saturday, there is Derby Day non-TAB meets at Tumut, Berrigan and Balranald.
