Wagga breeder and owner Brett Bradley capped off a stunning week with a Cox Plate victory courtesy of Japanese mare Lys Gracieux on Saturday.

Bradley enjoyed a great thrill last Saturday when the horse he bred, Yes Yes Yes, won The Everest but it got even better a week later as he won the Cox Plate with Lys Gracieux.
Bradley owns a 'very, very small' share in the mare.
Bradley does a lot of business in Japan and purchased a share in the mare when attending a horse sale over there.
He was in attendance for her last-start group one victory in Japan in June.
Bradley is no stranger to group one success but it is his first Cox Plate win after previously being represented by Foreteller in the race.
Bradley, a Murrumbidgee Turf Club director, was in attendance to savour the special moment.
Lys Gracieux, the $2.60 favourite, produced a barnstorming finish to power over the top of three-year-old Castelvecchio and win by one and a half lengths.
Te Akau Shark got home up the fence for third.
Bradley shares in the ownership of Lys Gracieux alongside good mate Neil Werrett.
The pair and some other Australian racing figures form part of the hundreds of people who own the mare as part of the Carrot Farm syndicate.
The connections share in the $3 million first prize.
Damian Lane continued an amazing year by riding the mare to victory.
