Fire and Rescue NSW were called out to the Sturt Highway, near Ashmont Avenue at about 2pm.
"Debris was being cleared," Inspector Stewart Alexander said.
"We had one truck there. Traffic is now flowing."
A NSW Ambulance spokesperson said that one person was reported as having leg injuries.
Traffic controllers were diverting traffic around the scene.
Emergency services were also kept busy in a separate incident after a truck caught alight on the Olympic Highway around Brucedale.
