The Blues rolled through the Saints to dismiss them for 106 and then cruised past the total in the 23rd over for the loss of just two wickets at Geoff Lawson Oval.
Blues recruit Lachie Skelly picked up four wickets with the ball as Saint Michaels lost 7-43 through the middle of the innings.
Luke Gerhard (47 not out) and Brayden Ambler (37) led the Blues' chase.
South Wagga stand-in captain Joel Robinson was pleased with the performance.
"We bowled pretty well and Lachie did well, taking four wickets," Robinson said.
"It was good to get another win going into next week. Lake Albert seem to be going okay so we'll take a bit from that going into our next game."
Saints coach Justin Ward top scored for his team with 37, while Dan Coates contributed a handy 15 late.
