For years, Can Assist and Lilier Lodge have supported hundreds of Riverina residents in their battles against cancer.
Now is the community's chance to help them continue their mission and celebrate their success so far at a fundraising high tea this weekend.
Margaret Dalmau said Lilier Lodge has housed people from the Riverina, and even from England, while they or their loved ones access treatment.
"This high tea will be a fundraiser, but also a celebration of everything we and Can Assist have done," she said.
"The fact about having cancer is that it is expensive, and that is where we can help them."
Sheila Cross said Can Assist is manned completely by volunteers who dedicate their time to raising funds, all of which stay in the region.
"We help with medications, with getting people to Sydney for treatment or whatever they need," she said.
Murrumbidgee Magic are set to perform, and two guest speakers will deliver "inspiring speeches".
The high tea is on October 13, tickets must be booked by lunchtime on Friday for catering purposes.
