A NSW Ambulance spokesperson said a 25-year-old male was involved in a single-vehicle crash about 1pm on Wednesday on the Sturt Highway, Gillenbah.
"He got out the car himself," the spokesperson said.
"Paramedics transported him to Wagga Base Hospital with back and neck injuries that are not life-threatening.
"Two crews attended, as did police and firefighters due to the smell of fuel."
Live Traffic NSW is reporting traffic has been impacted in both directions as emergency services remain on the scene.
Drivers should exercise caution in the area and follow any directions.
