Securing its second major sponsor in Que Bar, organiser Holly Conroy said it would stand to improve on the situation at the inaugural launch in March.
"We're extremely honoured to have [Que] on board, and they will actually be running the bar on the day," Ms Conroy said.
"They're used to those bigger crowds, they've got the experience and so it'll make the service smoother.
"Some of the feedback we had this year was that the lines for the bar were too long and people were waiting a long time. With [Que Bar's] experience in larger crowds, they'll be able to get to people faster."
Que Bar joins Charles Sturt University in sponsoring the March event.
This will be the second year of CSU's financial involvement with the cause, which Ms Conroy said helped to promote the occasion to a wide audience, and build momentum in garnering new sponsors.
Next year's festival will run across three days, beginning with a drag night on March 13, the parade on March 14 and the rainbow markets recovery breakfast on March 15.
