The five day festival held between September 25 and October 1 in Matong saw various police apparatus used across three stages.
Wagga Police Superintendent Bob Noble said there was an allegation of sexual assault made by a participant at the festival, which is under investigation by detectives.
Superintendent Noble said the first phase of the operation was from September 25 to 26, where nine police officers were deployed, as well as a drug detection dog and random drug detection apparatus used.
"We conducted significant numbers of Random Breath Tests, with 540 in that first phase, 45 individual persons were searched, 14 drug detection from those searches and one Prescribe Concentration of Alcohol incident was reported," he said.
Five police were deployed for phase two of the operation, which ran from September 27 to 29, where 21 incidents were reported over the three days.

"For the most part, the festival was safe as much as a festival of that nature can be."
