O'Leary took the coaching reins from sister Emily this year and it didn't affect her own game, with the defender winning the club honour for the third year in a row since returning to the club from North Wagga.
Lily Wild, who was best on court in the grand final win, was runner-up to O'Leary.
The first grade football honour went to Jim Carroll who was rewarded for a fine season in the midfield, consistently considered TRYC's best in a tough season.
Carroll, who was also outstanding representing the Farrer League rep team this year, was the first player in four years to finish ahead of Tom Yates in the first grade best-and-fairest.
Yates was runner-up, narrowly missing a fourth straight win but continuing a fine record of consistency in his third and final year as Pies' coach.
Brad Aiken, who will succeed Yates as coach, won the reserve grade best-and-fairest.
Carroll was further recognised with the prestigious Mark O'Leary Award while Lachy Myers was Magpie of the Year.
Long-serving Magpie Mick Mazzocchi was honoured as TRYC's club person of the year while Gail Driscoll and Ian Marston were bestowed life membership.
