The Wolves dominated for most of the clash at Equex Centre.
They took a 1-0 half-time lead after a Brianna Howes volley just after 30 minutes.
They soon extended it after the break when Rachael Waller didn't let an one-on-one opportunity with the keeper slip.
Howes, who was named best in the grand final, then turned provider for the sealer as South Wagga goalkeeper Katrina Lopez could only deflect her strike into the path of Layla Mozafari who didn't make a mistake from close range.
Coach Florence Wilson was thrilled with result.
"It was just good to get here again with girls and to get the result is really good," Wilson said. "South Wagga are a great team so I'm really happy for the girls."
