In the 1950s Lex and his family lived above their Greek café (now home to Scribbles cafe) and he went on to build an impressive career in acting, directing, writing and radio.
Despite now residing in Sydney, Lex is proud of his Wagga heritage and excited to be back to perform on the Civic Theatre stage.
Directed by Anthony Skuse, Sunset Strip is an Australian dramatic comedy about love, dysfunction and making the best of lousy situations.
Marinos plays the role of Ray, who suffers from dementia and is being cared for by his daughter.
Sunset Strip finds humour in tragedy and creates an unlikely path for humanity to triumph.
The show will have you laughing and crying within the space of two fleeting moments.
