An Ambulance Service of NSW spokesperson said two ambulance crews were called to the corner of Kincaid and Beckwith Streets at 10:40am.
"They were responding to a reported three-car collision. The crews treated a female about 22 years of age for lower leg injuries," the spokesperson said.
"She was taken to the Wagga Base Hospital in a stable condition."
A hatchback with front and rear damage and a sports utility vehicle with front damage were towed from the scene.
A witness to the crash told The Daily Advertiser that a P-plate driver travelling on Beckwith Street appeared to not give way at the intersection.
The ambulance service spokesperson did not have further information about the incident or any other people involved.
Police also attended the scene and have been contacted for comment.
Staff from the nearby Sportsmen's Club Hotel swept up broken glass and car bodywork fragments from the road.
